Due to the nature of our products, all purchases from CurbArt Creations are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Curbartcreations@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified damage or defects.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
