Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days standard shipping.

International Shipping:  7 to 11 business days depending on carriers. 

International Orders — Duties & Import Taxes 

Prices displayed in your local currency do not include duties, import taxes, or customs fees. Where available, estimated duties and taxes may be shown at checkout. Final charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. CurbArt Creations is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or through Shopify.

Return-to-Sender and Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, customers are responsible for reshipping fees. Please ensure your address is accurate when placing your order.
